HDJN is one of the largest law firms focused on the diverse legal needs of healthcare clients across the U.S. We are looking to add to our litigation team to cover a full range of practice areas such as representing healthcare providers with regulatory issues, HIPPA, business/commercial disputes and medical malpractice defense.  Additionally, we have a strong commercial team representing property and casualty insurance companies in policy coverage disputes. 



Required Qualifications
• Litigation experience with an interest  in the above mentioned practice areas.
• Bachelor degree and Juris Doctorate
• Must be a member of the Virginia State Bar
• Admission to practice in Virginia (or ability to become admitted promptly)
• Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills required,
• Ability to work well with others and under pressure while maintaining composure

Preferred Qualifications
• Admission to practice in TN, NC, MD and/or DC
• Insurance coverage litigation & Healthcare law experience

Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time with some periods of standing
• Sufficient visual acuity to read and comprehend hand-written and printed documents
