Hogan Lovells seeks a junior to mid-level associate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience at a large law firm to join our IP Media & Technology practice as a technology and IP transactional associate. Successful candidates should have commercial and strategic transactional experience with an intellectual property and technology focus. Relevant work experience includes drafting and negotiating development, collaboration, licensing, supply chain, outsourcing and technology services agreements; conducting IP and M&A due diligence; drafting IP provisions in corporate transactional agreements and advising clients on IP ownership, protection and licensing strategies in a variety of industry sectors, such as software, semiconductors, e-commerce, life sciences, automotive, education, media and consumer products. Membership to the CA bar is required. Applicants must have outstanding writing and analytical skills, top academic credentials and a commitment to excellence. This position will be located in either the San Francisco and/or Silicon Valley offices.
