Burns & Levinson LLP, a medium-size Boston based law firm representing regional, national and international clients, is seeking an intellectual property associate or patent agent with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing IP Department.

Ideal candidates will possess a BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and experience working with medical device technology. Advanced degree or equivalent engineering work experience preferred. Must have top notch academic credentials as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. Law firm experience with basic claim drafting and prosecution experience is necessary. USPTO registration and/or Bar admittance are preferred.
