Our San Francisco office has an opportunity for a mid-level associate to join the firm’s expanding employment litigation practice.  Experience in discrimination and wrongful termination cases and/or employment counseling (including wage and hour issues under the CA Labor Code) is preferred Ideal candidates would be one with a desire to develop their practice working for top notch, high-profile clients on cutting-edge labor and employment issues.  The office prides itself on encouraging and mentoring associates to be entrepreneurial and provide quality client service.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor required.  Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment.  During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in employment litigation and/or wage and hour experience is preferred.
  • Excellent oral advocacy, analytical and writing skills are required.
  • Strong commitment to Client Services.
  • Graduate of top law school and member of Law Review is a plus.
  • Must be licensed and practicing in California.
